We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our international HR team for a period of 5-6 months, starting in Sep 2026. TPV Technology is an internationally renowned PC monitor, TV and Digital Signage Displays manufacturer. TPV serves as an original design manufacturer for some of the best-known TV, PC and Digital Signage Displays brands in the industry and distributes its products worldwide under its own brands AOC and Envision. In addition, the company designs, produces and sells Philips-branded monitors, TV's and AVA products, Digital Signage Displays and mobile phones through a license agreement with Philips via its subsidiaries TP Vision and MMD. As an example, the company brings high-quality TV sets to the market: smart and easy to use with sophisticated styling. TPV believes in creating products that touch the human senses and are within reach of all consumers in the markets they operate in. As a leader in the hotel industry, their hospitality TV division serves most the world's major international and national hotel groups, as well as individual hotels, hospitals, cruises and other professional facilities.
About TP Vision
TP Vision is a consumer electronics key player in the world of audio-visual digital entertainment. TP Vision concentrates on developing, manufacturing and marketing Philips branded TV sets (Europe, Russia, Middle East, South America, India and selected countries in Asia-Pacific) and audio products (all around the Globe). We do this by combining the innovative Philips brand heritage with our design expertise, operational excellence, flexibility and speed of TPV Technology. With these combined strengths, we bring high-quality TV sets to the market: smart and easy to use with sophisticated styling. Purpose/Context
As intern HR you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of dedicated tasks, given room for own initiative as well as given the required support in your development. You will gain experience with and understanding of HR processes from A to Z. You will be part of the European HR department.
Your activities
· Assist with compensation and benefits benchmarking and market data analysis.
· Assist with Payroll project implementation, monthly payroll processes
· Support the preparation of regular HR reports (e.g., salary surveys, benefits utilization, headcount reporting).
· Help maintain accurate HR databases and employee records related to compensation and benefits.
· Provide support in coordinating benefits programs (healthcare, pension, allowances, etc.).
· Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Contribute to ongoing and upcoming HR projects, such as policy updates, audits, or global alignment initiatives.
· Learn about Dutch labour law
What are we looking for?
· A student working towards a Bachelor’s (applied sciences / HBO) or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management preferably, or e.g. Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with HR specialization
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
· Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Dutch would be a plus
· Someone who understands that HR is a combination of pro-activeness, constant growth and empathy towards others
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a multicultural team environment. Previous experience is not needed, we are here to help you learn!
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas) and good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
· Availability for 5-6 months
