JOB Description – Intern Commercial Control
Responsibilities
As Intern Commercial Controller at AOC and MMD you are a member of the commercial controlling team supporting in general controlling and analytic activities for the commercial division of IT Desktop Monitors:
• Handling Ship & Debit claims centrally, liaising with the relevant parties to resolve potential issues, proposing improvements or amendments to the existing process, and writing and defining the SOP
• Analyzing, checking and uploading monthly price lists for our first-tier customers in sf.com • Producing and analyzing weekly-monthly reports like MEAT file.
• Update & share weekly open commitments report, assuring that all requisitions are timely registered and closed.
• Supporting in ad-hoc analysis (e.g. market sizing, potential analysis, market share analysis, trend analysis, cost development) on strategic projects and in several tasks as budgeting, forecasting, reports reconciliation, etc.
• Reporting to Commercial (Business) Control in Europe.

As Intern Commercial Controller at MMD and AOC you report directly Commercial (Business) Control. Your scope will be the IT monitor business in the European Market.
Purpose Of The Position
As Intern of the Commercial Controller team, you are a link to the Business of the Philips Monitors and AOC Desktop Monitor business. As a Intern Commercial Controller you are fast-learner, problem solving, curious, proactive and have good communication skills and can bring the business together and have an analytical mind to translate the reports for the Business.
Preferred Skills and Educational Background
• Enrolled student in process of obtaining a BSc or MSc in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• Knowledge of Office, particularly Excel (databases, pivot tables, lookup & reference formulas).
• Eager to learn and the ability to build cross functional relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capacity for learning new systems and skills quickly.
• Ability to connect numbers and data with the business. (abstract and critical thinker).
